I am a behavioral healthcare leader - licensed as a clinician in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky & Tennessee - with nearly 25 years of professional clinical and healthcare leadership experience. As a clinician I have almost 25 years of experience providing individual and group psychotherapy and psychoeducation services to individuals, couples, families and teams across a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. As an operator, I have over 15 years of experience in healthcare leadership, helping organizations evaluate and improve their approach to meeting the mental healthcare needs of their communities in a way that maximizes quality and safety and reduces risk, while also achieving or exceeding their operational objectives. As a leader, I have spent my career leveraging a transformational approach to bringing in the right people to build great teams and empowering folks to feel more engaged in the work they're doing. As a clinical supervisor I have had the chance to help grow the careers of so many emerging social workers by supervising graduate field placements and providing licensure supervision for clinical, master’s and bachelor’s level social workers.
